The Faringdon Community Bus (FCB) was launched in November 2001 with funding from The Countryside Agency, South East England Development Agency, Vale of White Horse District Council, the Rural Transport Partnership, Oxfordshire County Council and Faringdon Town Council.  

 

FCB gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the following organizations which enabled the purchase of a replacement bus in 2010:

The Big Lottery Fund distributes half of the National Lottery good cause funding across the UK.  The Fund is committed to bringing real improvements to communities and the lives of people most in need.
